July 3, 2013 – Ottawa, Canada – Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc., (YFI;TSX.V) the global
leader in WiFi3™ next generation WiFi technology, today announces the company has partnered
with Nigeria-based 3CNET, a leading technology integration and ICT services company. 3CNET is
currently building an extensive Metro fibre and wireless network in Lagos, and other major cities
in Nigeria. With this purchase of equipment from Edgewater Wireless, 3CNET will now be able
to offer a comprehensive suite of services and applications to the company’s major customers,
business and home users, over WiFi3™ technology.
